in my caste-system family business from HR we almost always exclusively hire people interviewed in white uniforms up front, bqz they don't steal drink smoke flirt, or try to score some un scheduled overtime etc. some of them work through fasting when it comes around and go home early leaving the place smelling like soap & flowers. u don't have to always keep an eye on them wtchng them all the time bqz they dont talk much and take their agreed upon 15 m brk to rfrsh or whtvr whnvr they want.

we used to loose more money hiring friends and family and just write-it-off (lol)
